Announcements - City Hall Field Visit / Architecture College Fair

Our first site visit which will be to NYC City Hall is scheduled for this coming Monday November 28th.  We are to meet at the East entrance located along Park Row across from the Brooklyn Bridge.  We will be meeting at the entrance at 4:00pm SHARP!  Please be there at least 15 minutes early because you will have to pass through security.  This is an active construction site, hard hats will be issued at the door.  In addition, we ask that you please wear hard sole shoes.

Also, both the ACE Field Trip Permission Slip and the DDC Waiver must be completed by your parents prior to the field visit to be allowed onto the premises.  NO EXCEPTIONS!

In addition, as mentioned at the last meeting, the Center for Architecture is conducting a Architecture College Fair.  The event is FREE and all high school students and parents are invited.  Senior this is a must.  Freshman, sophomore and juniors take advantage of this event and get to know the process.

Event Description: 
Join us for a moderated discussion on the process of getting into Architecture School. We will hear from architecture students and the faculty who handle the admissions process.
Please come early and feel free to sneak a peak at the new ArchSchools exhibit highlighting student work from NYC area Architecture Schools, as well as speak to students / representatives from the various schools. This program is geared towards highschool students, their parents and College advisors.

- Tables set up containing information from different schools
- Students / Administrators from schools at tables to talk about Student / Studio Culture / Admissions
